2. I am not from United States & do not use their currency 'USD'. Do you accept my country's currency?
3. I don't have a Paypal account. What should I do?
No Problem! No matter which country you are from, If you don't have a Paypal account just 'Contact Us' & we will give you a solution to your payment issue.

4. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered factories located in USA & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately(if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship everywhere. World Wide!
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing time takes 5 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 2 weeks to 3 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 1 month. It depends upon what you have purchased/where you live! You can 'Contact Us' or email Contact@Diftas.com for specific shipping times.
7. My order has not arrived yet? Even after you promised '1 Month' Why?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce (China). If it does not arrive by 5 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed! :)
8. Is there any Delivery charges?
Delivery is FREE on orders above 50$ Use Coupon: 'FREESHIPPING'. If your order is less than 50$ than delivery charges are just starting from 2.50$ only.
9. How can I Track my order?

10. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order & get my money back please?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can happily cancel your order and refund your money!
11. Can I return an item for a full refund?
Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue or Full-Refund!
12. Can I exchange an item for larger or smaller size?
If you choose the wrong size, Unfortunately we cannot offer a FREE exchange, but we can help offer a low cost alternative if you bring up the issue to us. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy.
