DIFTAS SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within a week of receiving your order.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our partnered factories located in USA & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately(if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Yes we ship everywhere. World Wide!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 5 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 2 weeks to 3 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 1 month. It depends upon what you have purchased/where you live! MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED! Even after you promised '1 Month' WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce (China). If it does not arrive by 5 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed!
IS THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery is FREE on orders above 50$. If your order is less than 50$ than delivery charges are just starting from 2.50$ only.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
